SALOONS DONALD MCLEAN MEMORIAL, BEACHLANDS SPEEDWAY 2026

THE DONALD MCLEAN MEMORIAL - SALOON ACTION from Custom Signs Beachlands Speedway 9 Saloons rolled out for the Don McLean Memorial, under cloud cover and on a fantastic Beachland track. It was another category for the 2 Night Meeting, the big one being the Modified Thunder, but due to Friday night being rained off, it was moved too Night 2. So enjoy the Saloon Racing and a great night was shortened due too a accident on track. Racing is in our blood, but tonight Beachlands lost one of their legends, that being Paul Simon. So as a small tribute, a night to remember and a night too flashback to great memories of the man, he rides along at the bottom of the video. When the Chequered Flag fades into the wings of an angel, we will always remember the greats of our sport. RIP Paul Simon, myself and all the speedway fans, have our thoughts for the Simon family and the Beachlands Club. 28th March 2026
